Comprehensive summary report on the financial and operating performance of a company, which must be submitted annually to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This report usually contains the following details: company history, organizational structure, equity, holdings, earnings per shares, analysis of the firm’s financial statements, notes to the financial statements, auditor’s report, three years of audited financial statements, and subsidiaries.
