Requirement under the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) in which all pooled information about to be announced (TBA) transactions on forward mortgage-backed securities (MBS) must be communicated to the buyer before 3:00 p.m. EST, 48 hours before the trade’s settlement date.
