ACCOMMODATION PAPER
It is a negotiable instrument that gives promise of payment to a third-party in case that the first borrower wasn’t able to meet the terms of the transaction. These papers are often used in order to support the creditworthiness of a person by the use of a second party endorsement having a better credit rating.
