ACCOUNT MANAGER
An account manager is responsible to the customer’s account day-to-day management with the business. S/he is a point of contact for the company and often gives general relationship management, technical assistance, upselling and customer support. S/he may also be in-charge to handle smaller accounts of the company or a few but big accounts.
