ACTUARIAL RISK
Risk associated with the assumptions incorporated by actuaries on a model, to price a particular insurance policy which may turn out to be inaccurate or wrong.
Possible assumptions includes the severity of losses, correlation of losses, and frequency of losses between contracts.
It is sometimes referred as insurance risk.
