ADJUSTMENT FREQUENCY
Refers how frequent the interest rate resets or changes on an adjustable-rate mortgage. Each adjustable-rate mortgage have a corresponding adjustment frequency. The most common adjustment usually occurs within a year, but it can also happen once a month or, on extreme situation, once every five years.
