AFTER-ACQUIRED COLLATERAL
A collateral for a loan which is acquired after a borrower enters into a loan agreement. The need for an after-acquired collateral arises on occasions wherein the borrower's current collateral is not enough for the loan, but additional properties will be most probably acquired in the near time. This property will be automatically collateralized, and will serve as after-acquired collateral.
