ALBERTA SECURITIES COMMISSION - ASC
The provincial regulatory agency that implements the securities laws on the province of Alberta. The objectives of the Alberta securities commission are to protect investors and cradle the fairness and efficiency in Alberta's capital markets. The Alberta Securities Commission, or commonly known as ASC, is one of the member of the Canadian Securities Administrators, a voluntary umbrella organization of territorial and provincial securities regulators in Canada.
