ANNUAL MORTGAGE STATEMENT
An annual report dispatched to a mortgagor by the servicer of the mortgagee specifying the interest amount and points paid during the anticipated year and the principal balance of the mortgage left. Id insurance and/or taxes are escrowed, the tax amounts given during the preceding year on the mortgagor's behalf by the servicer will also be displayed, as will an ending escrow balance.
