ANTICIPATED HOLDING PERIOD
The time period that a limited partnership partnership is expected to hold a particular asset. A firm will reveal its anticipated holding periods for the assets via its prospectus. After the given time period, the partnership will most probably sell the holding, in which the capital that is invested will be repaid to the investors through a lump-sum distribution.
