ASSET COVERAGE RATIO
It is a test that shows the ability of the company to cover its obligations in debts with its own assets after all the company’s liabilities have been paid off. The formula for this is:
=[(Book Value of Total Assets - Intangible Assets) - (Current Liabilities - Short Term Debt Obligations)] / Total Debt Outstanding
