BALANCED BUDGET
A situation in the budgeting process or financial planning wherein the overall revenues are greater or the same with the total expenses. A budget can be taken as balance in hindsight, after revenues and expenses which are worth a full year have been incurred and recorded; the operating budget of a company for an incoming year may also be called balance based on estimates or predictions.
