In the final hours of the day and on the final day of the monetary year, the holder of a security will sell his asset and buys it again on the next morning. This business routine is called bed and breakfast deal that usually occur in United Kingdom. Deals are made between the broker and the holder of the security to accommodate the purchase and sale.
