BLIND BROKERING
Situation in which brokerage firms guarantee anonymity to both the buyer and the seller in a transaction. Most transactions are done in this manner in a normal securities trading. But in some cases, the identities of brokers/dealers, or other serving as both broker and principal are revealed in privately arranged trades.
