BRAZIL, RUSSIA, INDIA, CHINA AND SOUTH AFRICA - BRICS
Acronym which stands for the economies of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. The Goldman Sachs created the acronym, sans South Africa, in its 2003 report. The report assumes these four economies will be the most prevalent by 2050. South Africa was added to the acronym in 2011, hence BRICS.
