BREACH OF CONTRACT
Violation of or refusal to perform any of the agreed-upon terms and conditions stated in a contract without legal excuse. Some examples of breach of contract include late payment and failure to deliver the promised asset. This can be resolved either by creating a new contract or taking a legal action. It will hold weight if taken to the court but any evidence of the violation is imperative.
