BTN - BHUTANESE NGULTRUM
Currency abbreviation for the Bhutanese ngultrum, the official currency of Bhutan. The currency is composed of 100 chhertum and presented with the symbol Nu. The term ngultrum comes from the Dzongkha word ngul, meaning silver. The Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan regulates and issues the currency.
