BUSINESS VALUATION
Process of evaluating the economic value of a specific business or firm. It is also used to identify the fair value of a business using various factors including sale value, divorce proceedings, and partner ownership. The valuation seeks to provide a precise picture of a firm’s financial standing for its current or potential investors.
