CALL RISK
The person who holds a callable bond will encounter a risk known as "call risk"; that the issuer of bond will gain of the callable bond feature and restore the issue that comes before to maturity. This explains that the bondholder will earn payment on the amount of the bond and, in common situation, will invest again in a less friendly environment (one with a lesser rate of interest).
