CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT
Printed booklet given to the cardholder, stating the terms and conditions of the credit card. Usually, it indicates the annual percentage rate, computation of minimum payments, and the cardholders’ right in the event of disputes. The written statement also denotes the fees that can be charged to the cardholder including annual, balance transfer, closed account, late payment, and over-the-limit charges, as well as additional penalties.
