CHINESE DEPOSITARY RECEIPT - CDR
Depositary receipt being traded on stock exchanges in China. A Chinese bank issues a certificate, representing a pool of foreign equity traded on local exchanges in the country. Foreign firms can use CDRs for Chinese institutional and private investors to hold their stock.
