CHUNG JU-YUNG
Founder and former President of Hyundai. He worked as a construction laborer and a clerk in a rice store before establishing Hyundai Motor Industrial Company and Hyundai Civil Industries in 1946 and 1947, respectively. Time magazine featured Chung in its 2006 feature, 60 Years of Asian Heroes.
