COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS
Examining prices of similar properties sold within the same area. Real estate agents conduct this analysis to help their clients know a list price when selling a home or an offer price when acquiring a home. No two properties are identical, hence agents adjust the differences between a sold property and a property to be listed or purchased to get a fair offer or sale price.
