COMPULSORY CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE - CCD
Convertible security in which the entire value of the debenture must be converted into equity at a specific time. When the debenture is issued, the holder decides on its ratio of conversion. After the instrument has been converted, the investors become the company’s shareholders.
