CONSOLIDATED MORTGAGE BOND
Bond combining the issuance of several properties. If properties covered by this bond are already mortgaged, the bond will serve as a new loan. But if properties have no outstanding mortgages, the bond will become the first lien. The bond, backed by real estate or physical capital, can be used to refinance mortgages on the properties.
