CONSTANT RATIO PLAN
Investment strategy in which assets are designated a fixed percentage in a portfolio and readjusted to their target weights regularly. When the balance is upset, it is regularly restored by rebalancing the portfolio and weighing the tradeoff between the willingness to rebalance it often and the added transaction costs.
