COVERAGE RATIO
Gauge of a firm’s capacity to fulfill its financial obligations. The greater the coverage ratio, the better the ability of an enterprise to meet its obligations to the lenders. Analysts and investors use the trend of this ratio to determine the change in a firm’s financial position.
