CREDIT
- Contractual agreement in which a borrower receives a maximum amount of money and repays the creditor within a specific period, with interest. It also pertains to the creditworthiness of an individual or firm.
- Accounting entry which shows either an increase or decrease on assets and liabilities on the company’s balance sheets. A debit declines the net income while a credit increases net income.
