DOW JONES WILSHIRE SMALL-CAP INDEX
Formerly the Wilshire US Small-Cap Index, a market-capitalization weighted index which was the small-cap subset of the Dow Jones Wilshire 5000 Composite Index. Previously by Dow Jones Indexes, the index was made up of firms ranked 751 to 2,500 in terms of their market capitalization.
