EXPIRATION CYCLE
Calendar cycle of expiry months delegated to options on a certain security. Most equity options are placed to trade with expiration months in one of the three cycles:
January Cycle (1st month of every quarter): January, April, July, and October
February Cycle (2nd month): February, May, August, and November
March Cycle (3rd month): March, June, September, and December
