FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT - FCRA
FCRA regulates the collection of credit information and access to your credit report. This act was passed to guarantee accuracy, fairness, and privacy of the personal information contained in the files of the credit reporting agencies. A person or entity that requests your report should have permissible purpose before the information to be released.
