Inventory account normally seen in a firm’s balance sheets that is partially completed. Computed as:
Goods in Process = Operating Inventory Goods in Process + Raw Materials Used + Direct Labor + Factory Overhead / Total Manufacturing Costs - Ending Inventory
Also called work in process.
