IMMEDIATE OR CANCEL ORDER - IOC
Order to buy or sell a security to be executed. If not immediately filled, the order will be cancelled. It is one of many duration orders which investors and traders can use to detail the order duration in the market, as well as the grounds the order will be cancelled. This order requires all or portion of the order to be done immediately, otherwise the unfilled parts will be cancelled. Partial fills are considered with this order duration.
