IRS PUBLICATION 517
A document that outlines how clergy members or other religious workers must pay Social Security and Medicare taxes. It can be collected through the Self-Employment Contributions Act (SECA) or the Federal Insurance Contributions Act (FICA), but not both. The publication, by Internal Revenue Service (IRS), also covers which earnings are subject to SECA and and which are under FICA rules.
