JOB LOT
A commodities futures contract with a minimum trading unit smaller than the levels required in a regular futures contract. It can also be considered as smaller contracts for the same underpinning of a futures contract. These lots exist to add liquidity to futures exchange by letting smaller participants to get into the marketplace.
