KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS - KPI
A set of indicators used by companies or industries to gauge the performance of an organization and the operational goals towards success. Measuring KPI varies from one firm to another, depending on its priorities, goals, and performance criteria. Also called Key Success Indicators (KSI), organizations normally do it long-term.
