K-RATIO
A ratio that evaluates an equity’s performance and risk. The data used for the ratio came from the value added monthly index (VAMI), monitoring the progress of a $1,000 initial investment in the security. To calculate the K-ratio, divide the Slope of Log VAMI Regression Line to Standard Error of the Slope times Number of Periods in the Log VAMI.
