LIFE OPTION
An annuity calculation option from an insurance company where the annuitant will calculate his or her annuitization of the investment in order to receive income payments from his or her annuity account. The insurance company assures the policyholder will be given payments for the rest of his or her life. Also, it structures amount of payment to make room for their profit margin. In simplest term, it aims to give peace of mind to the policyholder.
