LIMITED PARTNERSHIP UNIT
A share certificate representing an ownership unit in a publicly-traded limited partnership that has general and limited partners. The unit holder is given a stake in the generated income by the partnership company. Also, it frequently distributes all available cash flow from operations to investors, after deducting the maintenance capital.
