LOAN SERVICING
Administration aspect of a loan from the time these loans are disbursed until the borrowers pay off the loans. This process includes processing payments, sending monthly payment statements, collecting monthly payments, recording payments and balances, paying taxes and insurances (managing escrow and impound funds), remitting money to the note holder, and following up outstanding loans.
