MARTIN S. FELDSTEIN
An accomplished economic professor and economist, President Emeritus of the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), and John Bates Clark Medal recipient. He focused his research on macroeconomics and public finance. Together with another American economist Ben Bernanke, Feldstein was considered to succeed Alan Greenspan as Federal Reserve Chairman.
