MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING - MOU
A legal document that outlines the terms and details of an accord between parties, including the requirements and responsibilities of every party. The memorandum of understanding should identify the contracting parties, lay out subject matter of the agreement and goals, summarize fundamental terms, and be signed by both parties. Also called letter of intent.
