An American privately held corporation that simplifies the mortgage process using electronic commerce. It monitors changes in ownership and servicing rights that are listed in the registry. As an original mortgagee (MOM), it is accepted by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, FHA and VA, California and Utah Housing Finance Agencies, as well as all key Wall Street grading agencies.
