MULTICURRENCY NOTE FACILITY

A credit facility that funds Euro notes, either in short-term or medium term. Denominated in several currencies, it permits the borrower to select which currency to use in drawing in successive rollover period when the loan is refinanced. Also, it allows the lender to select the currency the loan is to be repaid in. This is considered as one of the riskiest credit facilities because the borrower shoulders the risk entailed with such transaction like predefined foreign currency exchange rate.
