OFF-THE-RUN TREASURY YIELD CURVE
These are treasuries that refer to the U.S. government bonds of a specific maturity which are not the most newly issued. While they are not as new as on-the-run treasuries, these treasuries may be used to construct a yield curve when there’s a problem with the yield curve as represented by on-the-run treasuries.
