OLIVER E. WILLIAMSON
Oliver E. Williamson is an American economist and also has become a groundbreaking researcher in organizational economics and transaction-cost economics. He became recipient of Nobel Prize in Economics, together with Ostrom in 2009. He’s currently a professor at the University of California, Berkeley, teaching economics, business and law.
