QUARTERLY SERVICES SURVEY
Census Bureau conducts a survey that gives estimates of the total operating revenue and revenue percentage by customer class for class for communication-, key information- and technology-related services firms (NAICS sectors 51, 54 and 56) and hospitals and nursing (NAICS subsectors 622 and 623). This survey prioritize these areas because are sensitive to cycle of business changes, growth areas, and they fuel productivity which are all significant to keep a finger on the economy’s pulse.
