SARSEP
Salary Reduction Simplified Employee Pension Plan (SARSEP) is a kind of plan usually offered by small companies, such as those with less than 25 employees. Under this plan, employees are allowed to make pre-tax contributions to their IRAs or Individual Retirement Accounts through salary reduction.
