SEC FORM N-54C
SEC Form N-54C is a filing used to withdraw a voluntary election to be regulated as a business development company to be submitted by an investment company under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form N-54C is defined in Sections 55 through 65 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 to be attached with a written explanation for the withdrawal like the sale of the company, a merger, or a closure.
