SEC FORM NSAR-U
SEC Form NSAR-U is a filing submitted annually by unit investment trusts at the end of their respective fiscal year under the Securities and Exchange Commission. This type of filings exclusive to registered investment management companies and trust which discloses financial information like shares sale, turnover rates of portfolio that is typically attached with the semi-annual/annual shareholder reports of the company.
